Want to level up your athletic performance?

A strength training visit will consist of strength and/or mobility training, exercise prescription, and education. You can expect a physical therapist to lead you through a well-designed program that addresses your unique strengths, weaknesses, and activity goals. You will be provided with a program to perform on your own, which is included if desired.

You can train in-person, one-on one, 1-2x/week or opt to train remotely with online program design and check in. An online program will include either a video call or one in-person session to ensure understanding and proper performance of all the exercises, as needed.

Personal training directed by a PT doesn’t sound like a bad idea if the goal is to get strong and more resilient for your sport or activities, but safely.
