Personal Training
Looking to develop a structured exercise or recovery program? Not injured, but want to prevent injury or remain pain-free during your activities? Consider a personal training or “wellness visit” with Mattera PT:
A wellness visit will consist of strength and/or mobility training, exercise prescription, and education. You can expect a physical therapist to lead you through a well-designed program that addresses your unique strengths, weaknesses, and activity goals. You will be provided with progressions and regressions of each exercise as appropriate to perform on your own. Basically, I give you the tools and you use them accordingly.

Don’t want to exercise on your own time? No problem. Schedule weekly or monthly for supervised training sessions. Jenna is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and has worked in gym settings for over 10 years. Personal training directed by a PT doesn’t sound like a bad idea if the goal is to get strong and more resilient for your sport or activities, but safely.
